FounderOS was designed to reduce the stress and complexity of running a UK limited company.
Founders often manage important business administration across accounting software, spreadsheets, government websites, emails and personal reminders. FounderOS brings these disconnected tasks together in one central workspace.
The platform includes an AI Founder Assistant that answers questions about tax, VAT, payroll, expenses, dividends and company compliance using the context of the user's business. Answers are presented in plain English with supporting sources and clear next actions.
FounderOS also provides guided confirmation statement workflows, AI-assisted bookkeeping, filing reminders, document storage and a compliance score that helps founders understand the current health of their company. Its business health tools present cash flow, runway, spending and growth information through clear, founder-friendly visualisations.
The dashboard prioritises the actions that require attention, helping users understand what is due, what is on track and what should be completed next. This replaces the need to constantly switch between multiple tools and manually track important deadlines.
The project demonstrates my ability to design and build a complete SaaS product around a complex real-world workflow. It combines AI-assisted interactions, financial data, compliance management, document handling and a polished responsive interface into one focused user experience.
