Project Pescribe
A secure digital prescription platform connecting doctors, patients and pharmacies through one streamlined healthcare workflow.
Pescribe is a healthcare platform built to make prescribing and fulfilling medication faster, safer and easier for everyone involved.
Doctors can issue clear digital prescriptions while reducing repetitive administrative work and maintaining organised patient records. Pharmacies receive prescription information directly, allowing their teams to prepare medication and communicate updates without relying on handwritten documents or disconnected systems. Patients are kept informed when a prescription has been sent and when it is ready to collect.
The platform was designed around three connected experiences:
- A doctor portal for creating and managing digital prescriptions
- A pharmacy portal for receiving, reviewing and fulfilling prescriptions
- A patient-focused workflow for receiving clear prescription updates
The project focuses on usability, secure communication and reducing the risk of mistakes caused by unclear or illegible prescriptions. Its interface is designed to make complex healthcare workflows feel straightforward and approachable.
