Project Seat Wizards
An interactive seating planner that makes it easier to organise guests, arrange tables and create balanced seating plans.
Seat Wizards was created to make event seating simpler, faster and less stressful.
Planning where every guest should sit can quickly become complicated. Organisers need to consider table capacities, relationships, group preferences and potential conflicts while constantly adjusting the layout as plans change.
The application brings these tasks together in a clean and approachable interface. Users can organise their guests, create tables and build a visual seating arrangement without relying on spreadsheets, paper diagrams or disconnected notes.
The experience focuses on clarity and ease of use. Information is presented visually so organisers can understand the current seating plan at a glance and make changes quickly.
The project demonstrates my ability to turn a real organisational problem into a focused digital product with an intuitive interface, responsive layout and practical user experience.
